We have partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card, or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.
- What is the service fee?
Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. A service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.
- Does Walnut Hill Water Authority keep any part of the service fee?
Walnut Hill Water Authority does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of Walnut Hill Water Authority.
IMPORTANT: Walnut Hill Water is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call our office before making payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a re-connection fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a re-connection fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment. Walnut Hill Water allows up to 48 hours after we receive payment to reconnect any services.

To our valued customers:
The Walnut Hill Water Authority is excited to announce that it will be implementing a new customer portal. This customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, and enroll in Autopay or Text to Pay.
Effective June 22, 2023, customers will no longer have access to the current payment portal as all customer accounts and payment information will be deleted.
Customers wishing to have the convenience of paying and viewing billing information online will need to create a new account on the new online portal.
Walnut Hill Water Authority customers can continue to pay their bills by phone by calling: 888-534-5441
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The current Autopay or Text to Pay features will not be transferred to the new online portal. Customers currently signed up for Autopay or Text to Pay will need to re-enroll with their payment information once their new account has been registered to continue on Autopay or Text to Pay.
